Ninkasi est une entreprise française fondée en 1997, spécialisée dans la production de bières artisanales et la gestion de bars et restaurants. Basée à Lyon, cette société est également connue pour son engagement en matière de Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE). Voici une description de ses principales actions et initiatives RSE :

1. Engagement Environnemental
Utilisation de Matières Premières Locales et Durables : Ninkasi privilégie l'utilisation de matières premières locales et durables pour la production de ses bières, réduisant ainsi son empreinte carbone et soutenant les producteurs locaux.
Gestion des Déchets : L'entreprise met en place des programmes de recyclage et de réduction des déchets, notamment en réutilisant les drêches de brasserie comme alimentation animale.
Efficacité Énergétique : Ninkasi s'efforce de réduire sa consommation d'énergie en optimisant ses processus de production et en utilisant des sources d'énergie renouvelables lorsque cela est possible.
