Depuis plusieurs décennies, l’IFIS demeure une référence dans la formation continue pour les industries de santé et leurs collaborateurs. Précurseur dans le développement des premiers outils e-learning dédiés à la pharma sur les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et la « Charte de la visite médicale », IFIS a rapidement pris la mesure de l’importance des formations à distance.
Lancé en 2010, IFIS Interactive conçoit des formations en distanciel via des outils novateurs et une pédagogie adaptée aux spécificités du secteur. Bandes dessinées, vidéos immersives ou réalité virtuelle... autant de formats originaux qui répondent aux besoins des industries francophones et facilitent l’apprentissage et l’évaluation des compétences.
IFIS Interactive intègre une politique de Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) et de numérique responsable, visant à promouvoir des pratiques durables et éthiques dans toutes ses activités. Cela inclut :

Le soutien à la diversité et à l’inclusion dans nos contenus et pratiques.
La collaboration avec des partenaires partageant nos valeurs de responsabilité sociale.
L’engagement à des actions sociétales contribuant à l’indépendance sanitaire de la France aux côtés des industriels.
Notre mission est d’accompagner l’IFIS et ses clients dans la transition digitale, tout en s’assurant que cette transition soit bénéfique pour la société et l’environnement.

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Enter a Sustainable IT labelling initiative
- Organise a Digital Cleanup Day
- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation
- Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
- Encouraging territorial innovations by testing and deploying social and environmental digital products and services
