Step 1: APPLICATION FORM

Completing and submitting the application form

Step 2: APPLICATION RECEPTION E-MAIL

Receipt of the application confirmation email + summary of the information provided

Step 3: ASSESSMENT OF THE APPLICATION

Assessment of the information provided in the application.

Step 4a: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Receipt of the email summarising the missing information to be returned. Then return to the evaluation

Step 4b: E-MAIL FOR DOCUMENT SIGNATURE

Receipt of the application acceptance email containing the invitation link to sign the Sustainable IT Charter document.

Step 5: SIGNATURE VIA YOUSIGN

Signature of the document via the Yousign interface.

Step 6: PUT ONLINE

Receipt of the email confirming the signature + putting the organisation online + access to the PDF of the signed charter.
