Avec un chiffre d'affaires consolidé avoisinant les 645 millions d'euros en 2025 et près de 3.700 collaborateurs, le groupe KEYES (anciennement Groupe NRB) est le troisième acteur belge du numérique, à vocation européenne.
La mission de KEYES est d'accompagner les organisations privées et publiques dans leur transformation digitale, en alliant expertise métier, maîtrise technologique et vision à long terme, afin de simplifier la transformation technologique, économique et sociétale.
Dans ce contexte, KEYES propose une offre de bout en bout articulée autour de sept axes : Infrastructure & Cloud, Cybersécurité, Mainframe, Business Software, Data & IA, Advisory et Staffing. Le groupe s'adresse à quatre segments de marché majeurs : les grandes organisations, les acteurs de la santé, le secteur public et les collectivités locales, ainsi que les PME.
La souveraineté numérique est au cœur de l'identité de KEYES. Le groupe s'appuie sur trois campus de Data Centers implantés en Belgique, géo-résilients, sécurisés et multi-certifiés, garantissant que les données de ses clients restent sous juridiction européenne, à l'abri des législations extraterritoriales telles que le CLOUD Act américain. Cet engagement se prolonge dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle avec Soph.IA, la plateforme d'IA générative souveraine du groupe : hébergée exclusivement dans ses propres Data Centers, elle garantit qu'aucune donnée ne transite hors d'Europe et intègre nativement les exigences de conformité (RGPD, EU AI Act), de traçabilité et de gouvernance.
KEYES a développé une politique ESG en ligne avec ses responsabilités sociétales. Sur la période 2015-2025, les émissions de CO₂ de son site historique d'Herstal ont été réduites de 45 %, malgré la croissance du parc informatique (Scopes 1 & 2 du GHG Protocol). En 2025, 56 % de l'électricité qui y est consommée provenait de sources renouvelables produites localement (éolienne et panneaux photovoltaïques), le solde de l'approvisionnement étant constitué d'électricité 100 % verte certifiée par des Garanties d'origine. D'ici 2030, l'ambition est d'y réduire les émissions de GES de 80 % par rapport à 2015, en vue d'atteindre la neutralité carbone d'ici le milieu du siècle.
