Bonjour,

Elementaire est un cabinet d'ingénierie numérique, qui accompagne les petites et les grandes entreprises dans toutes les étapes de leur stratégie numérique et la digitalisation de leur métier.
Membre du Syntec et de Planet Tech' Care.
Notre travail est encadré par une recherche constante des bonnes pratiques et des normes de sécurité, qu'elles soient techniques ou d'usages. (RGPD, DPO, Plan de sécurité, plan de sauvegarde, normes et guideline de développement...)
Nos infrastructures sont 100% localisée en France.
Nous sommes sensible au enjeux écologique et sociétal de nos métiers.
La recherche de solutions innovantes et utile reste notre objectif principal, mais nous intégrons au mieux possible les notions de frugalité énergétique et/ou matériel, d'efficience et de temps de calcule, de transformation des actifs existants et d'impact humain.
Le recyclage est aussi important chez nous, dans nos pratiques quotidienne et dans notre activité, avec le développement de solution de gestion et de traçabilité des déchets pour les garages.
Nous pratiquons le télétravail de 2 à 4 jours par semaine, et une liberté des heures de travail (en respect des engagements auprès des clients)

  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
