XDEMAT est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l’archivage électronique et la dématérialisation créé en 2011 par Roger Gimenez, son actuel PDG.
L’atout principal du Cabinet XDEMAT réside dans sa capacité à couvrir l’ensemble des domaines fonctionnels liés à la dématérialisation des processus et l’archivage (électronique/papier) permettant de répondre aux enjeux de Gouvernance de l’Information, avec un large panel d’expertise : AMOA, audit et conseil, formation et accompagnement, veille et R&D.
Depuis le début, Xdemat a une volonté d’engagement écologique avec notamment une politique de déplacement très orientée vers les transports en commun. C’est dans cet esprit, faire notre part pour la planète, que nous avons commencé à engager une démarche de Numérique Responsable. Nous visons la labellisation NR de niveau 1 pour le 1er semestre 2023.
Signer la charte NR est une première étape pour acter et formaliser notre engagement dans la démarche.
Nous avons pour ambition d’appliquer la démarche NR en interne, mais aussi de l’intégrer dans nos prestations afin de mieux conseiller nos clients autour de la dématérialisation et de l’archivage électronique.

- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
