Créée en 2017 à Nantes, ELEPHANT Technologies est une Entreprise de Services du Numérique (ESN) locale, experte, engagée et humaine. Depuis sa création, nous défendons un modèle fondé sur la proximité, l’expertise technique et un développement responsable.
Nous accompagnons nos clients autour de six domaines d’expertise : IoT et systèmes embarqués, architecture et DevOps, applications web et mobiles, pilotage agile et gestion de projets, qualité logicielle et tests, Data et Intelligence Artificielle.
Notre nom fait directement référence aux Machines de l’Île de Nantes, symbole de créativité et d’innovation du territoire. Cet ancrage nantais se traduit concrètement dans notre modèle : ELEPHANT Technologies dispose d’une seule agence à Nantes et l’ensemble de nos missions sont réalisées auprès de clients situés à Nantes et dans sa première couronne.
Cette proximité permet de construire des relations durables avec nos clients tout en limitant les déplacements de nos collaborateurs. Elle contribue également à favoriser un meilleur équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.
Notre engagement territorial se traduit enfin par des collaborations avec les écoles nantaises, notre participation aux événements du numérique et notre implication dans les réseaux professionnels locaux.
Aujourd’hui, nous souhaitons aller plus loin en intégrant progressivement les enjeux environnementaux et sociaux du numérique dans nos pratiques et nos métiers.
Notre ambition : devenir un acteur local engagé en faveur d’un numérique plus responsable.

- Implementing data governance of your organisation and GDPR compliance or by following the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules locally applicable data protection rules for other countries
- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
