Happy End est un organisme de formation spécialisé dans l'accompagnement à la fin de vie et au deuil. Nous formons des professionnels (secteur médico-social, funéraire, santé) ainsi que le grand public, afin de faire évoluer les pratiques et les représentations autour de la mort, du deuil et de la vulnérabilité.
Agréée Entreprise Solidaire d'Utilité Sociale (ESUS), notre structure de 5 personnes place l'utilité sociale au cœur de son modèle économique. Le numérique est central dans notre activité : diffusion de nos formations, plateforme de mise en relation avec nos intervenants, supports pédagogiques dématérialisés.
Conscients de notre responsabilité en tant qu'acteur du numérique, nous souhaitons inscrire notre démarche dans un cadre structuré, en cohérence avec notre Charte RSE interne : optimisation de nos supports numériques, sobriété de nos outils, accessibilité de nos contenus (RGAA), et usage raisonné de l'intelligence artificielle.

- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
