Créer et sécuriser le lien entre les compétences externes et les entreprises, en France et à l’international est la raison d'être du groupe Dtalents, fondé en 2003. Avec un ensemble de services structurés autour de 6 filiales spécialisées nous adressons le marché B2C des "indépendants" et le marché B2B des entreprises dans leurs relation avec les "indépendants". Le terme "indépendants" regroupe trois catégories : les consultants en portage salarial, les consultants en portage commercial (indépendants avec leur propre entreprise unipersonnelle) et les collaborateurs de TPE (moins de 10 personnes) que les clients ne veulent pas directement référencer. Notre gamme de services couvre la France et environ 40 pays dans le monde.

- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)

- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
