Entreprise française biopharmaceutique majeure, le LFB développe, fabrique et commercialise des médicaments dérivés du plasma et des protéines recombinantes pour la prise en charge de patients atteints de pathologies graves et souvent rares.
Créé en 1994 en France, le LFB est aujourd’hui l’un des premiers acteurs européens proposant aux professionnels de santé, des médicaments dérivés du plasma, avec pour mission la mise à disposition de nouvelles options de traitement pour les patients, dans trois domaines thérapeutiques majeurs : l’immunologie, l’hémostase et les soins intensifs.
Entreprise publique, le LFB évolue dans un secteur concurrentiel. Le LFB commercialise à ce jour une quinzaine de médicaments dans plus d’une trentaine de pays.
