Mont-Saint-Aignan est une commune de 20 000 habitants située dans la métropole rouennaise. Le développement durable est une préoccupation forte pour la Ville qui travaille actuellement pour l’obtention de la 3e étoile du label Territoire engagé Transition Écologique piloté par l’ADEME. Sa stratégie relative à la transition écologique s’articule autour de 8 axes : transition énergétique, adaptation au changement climatique, nature en ville et urbanisme durable, mobilité, alimentation saine et accessible à tous, santé et solidarités, gouvernance et exemplarité interne et mobilisation citoyenne. Dans ce cadre, la Ville s’est inscrite dans le parcours numérique responsable de la Métropole Rouen Normandie afin de diagnostiquer son action sur cette thématique et établir une feuille de route, dans un souci d’exemplarité et un processus d’amélioration continue.

- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
