L’atelier Légal est la « boutique » que j'ai conçue pour l’accompagnement juridique des projets innovants et challenges numériques de mes clients, entreprises et cabinets d’avocats, dans une démarche alignée avec mon appétence pour la gestion de projets et l’innovation.
Je suis membre active de la commission ETHIQUE DE L'IA DU BARREAU DE PARIS, et responsable de formation d'un cabinet parisien de 300 membres.
En 2025, J’accompagne les entreprises et les avocats qui me font confiance sur trois grands chantiers :
• L’intégration de l’IA dans leurs pratiques métier, en conformité avec le RGPD, le RIA et les règles de protection du secret
• La conformité aux réglementations numériques, pensée comme un pilier de leur sécurité et de leur réputation
• La modernisation des process juridiques par des usages innovants
Mon approche : allier pragmatisme, culture juridique du numérique et pédagogie.
J'analyse et j'agis; je conçois des plans d'action et assiste leur mise en oeuvre, je conçois des parcours d’accompagnement concrets, évolutifs et personnalisés, mix d’ateliers, de diagnostics au plus près des exigences et besoins.
L’objectif ? Aider mes clients à passer à l’action – en me chargeant des dossiers de conformité et en analysant les enjeux juridiques de leurs projets.
Curieuse et testeuse d’outils innovants depuis toujours, passionnée par la transmission, convaincue de la valeur de la data juridique, j’expérimente aussi les possibilités de l’IA générative dans les pratiques juridiques. Et en suis venue à conseiller et à accompagner mes pairs dans leur intégration de l’IA, et en choisissant des outils conformes à leurs besoins.
Enfin je milite pour une conformité légale responsable, claire, agile et alignée avec les contraintes métier.

Planned commitments and actions

- Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken

- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures

- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
